A Career Fueled by Curiosity and Knowledge Sharing
Johnny's career path reflects his deep curiosity. After a successful stint as a door-to-door salesperson, his passion for the art and science of selling ignited. He thrived in B2B and B2C sales across multiple industries, honing his skills in selling products, services, concepts, and ideas.
This experience fueled Johnny's desire to share his knowledge. He transitioned into recruiting, leading, and training sales teams. He then broadened his reach by becoming a management consultant on sales, recruitment, and training for regional companies
Beyond Training: The Shift to Coaching
Through his work, Johnny observed a gap – training didn't always translate to lasting change. People learned skills but struggled to apply them, hindering their ability to achieve desired results. This frustration propelled him to seek advanced techniques and tools to bridge this gap.
Johnny pursued certifications in life and executive coaching from the Coaches Training Institute (CTI), a Master Coach Certification from the Behavioral Coaching Institute (BCI), and the International Coaching Council (ICC). He's also a founding member of The Lebanese Coach Association (LCA) and a member of the ICF UAE Chapter.
Crossroad Coaches® and Beyond
In 2010, Johnny founded Crossroad Coaches®, where he serves as a personal coach for executives across various industries, from sales professionals to CEOs and MDs. His expertise has garnered recognition, including an invitation to speak at the prestigious Million Dollar Round Table (MDRT https://www.mdrt.org/ ) convention. He is also a sought-after speaker at universities and NGOs.
